About Us

Where did it all start

The Manager, Val Brown started a coffee morning/ Mother and Toddler group in 1982; we gradually expanded and became a playgroup in 1993.  The nursery became a charity in 1996.

In 1999 we became Eastwood Preschool opening 5 full days a week delivering not only care but also education for under 5’s.

In 2004 we successfully obtained funding to build a purpose built nursery and in 2015 we became a Charitable Incorporate Organisation (CIO).
